after a four-night stay in an average room, i was treated like just another guest. it’s unbelievable that my entire stay didn’t come with even a simple welcome gift for all the inconveniences. i almost gave this a good review, but just couldn’t.

Great location near major attractions like Piazza Navona.
The noise from the busy street disrupted my sleep every night. Additionally, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, leading to back pain. I was also disappointed by the lack of on-site staff to assist with any issues.

The food scene around Navona Luxury Guesthouse is a foodie’s dream! Grab some gelato at La Gelateria Frigidarium just a stroll away, or feast on authentic Roman dishes at Mimi e Coco. Plus, the spacious and clean Deluxe Double Room with Extra Bed made our family feel right at home! Andrea was a gem, always there to offer local tips!
Now, the downside? The noise from the bustling street was a bit much, turning nights into a challenge. With no receptionist and all our chats on WhatsApp, it felt a bit impersonal. Plus, I had back pain from the uncomfortable beds, but honestly, the location and charm made it easier to overlook!
